A 10,500 SF OFFICE INTERIORS ON TWO FLOORS IN CHICAGO’S RIVER NORTH.

Faced with an over-crowded office, AllianceChicago chose a space in a nearby loft building for the expansion
of their growing company. The views, an abundance of natural light, and the existing brick walls were all
attractive elements that they knew would keep their office fun and inviting. Transparency and collaboration
were high on AllianceChicago’s list of qualities they wanted in their new office space, for it’s important to them
that their employees enjoy being at work.

The final design solution positions employee workstations along the window line to take advantage of the
daylight, and all new private offices are situated to the interior. Since visibility was an important design
consideration, ARCHIDEAS utilized an all-glass wall system for these new offices to provide a visual
connection as well as acoustic privacy.

A variety of collaboration spaces were also an absolute must. Small Enclaves, medium and large Conference
Rooms, a Board Room, a “Town Hall” space, and an improved Break Room were all created and furnished to
offer employees alternative environments for collaborative meetings.

Keeping with AllianceChicago’s logo colors, ARCHIDEAS used pops of greens and blues throughout the space
to keep the appearance fresh, yet relevant.
