A CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS TOTALING 36,650 SF, EXPANDABLE BY 5,800 SF PER FLOOR, ON A 9.9 ACRE SITE
This new two-story corporate headquarters for a shopping center security firm called for the inclusion of typical office functions in addition to the unusual material handling and storage requirements of a uniform center. On a tight site with bordering wetlands along the rear, ARCHIDEAS created a contemporary, inviting structure of precast load-bearing exterior walls and a steel superstructure for this design/build project. The resulting building features a dramatic cylindrical atrium as its exterior centerpiece, while inside, a dynamic sweeping entrance sets the tone for this modern, yet warm space that welcomes the outdoors in with expansive windows.
