A 45,000 SF CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS ON A 4.5 ACRE SITE
This new three-story corporate headquarters for an employee-owned publishing corporation was created to express their company’s dedication to technical accuracy and integrity, as well as their interest in a green building that’s environmentally responsible. Designed with a generous glass line to flood the interior with natural light, this design/build project utilizes an under floor air distribution system for optimal HVAC control. ATP’s growth potential was also considered with the first floor, multi-tenant, speculative office space providing room for future expansion. Fittingly, the full design and construction process of this building was the topic of one of the publisher’s present textbooks as it documented first-hand the procedure and components of creating a building that has achieved LEED Gold Certification.
