A 164,000 SF MIXED-USE PROJECT, LOCATED ON 1.94 ACRE SITE AT A PROMINENT INTERSECTION AND MAJOR ENTRANCE TO THE VILLAGE OF MAYWOOD
This development competition design was prepared in response to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Village of Maywood. With the goal of facilitating the continued success and renaissance of the heart of the Village, our development team’s solution stressed the importance of a community destination that embodies an optimistic vision of the future, fosters an active and vibrant gateway, and enhances the quality of life in the Village and surrounding areas through the strength of the architectural design.
